Blessed is the man without a mind, and blessed are those who have tamed their minds. But woe and grief to those who think they are their minds.

Thinking tends to be an addiction. Some people think endlessly about the negative things that could happen to them, and others believe their thinking will eventually help them understand how this monstrous thing called existence came about. In both cases, the thinking is pure folly.
